Defect Analyst

Defect Analyst is a report focussed on output from the MVP AOI machine. It displays summaries of passed and failed panels, inspection times and defect and false-call counts.

This information can be further drilled-down to show detailed data and Pareto analysis of Defects and False Calls, as well as charts summarising by originating machine/feeder/nozzle of the defective part, the defect type or the part number or type.
